Why is my postcode not working?

When you have entered and selected your postcode and suburb using the shipping calculator and it is showing as 'invalid', please follow the steps below to contact us:
1. Go to the product page of the item you'd like to enquire about.
2. Scroll down the page and below the 'Specifications' click on the link for "Have a question about this product? Click here".
3. Fill out a form write down the your 'Invalid Postcode error' in a message box and the team will get back to you within two business days.
