Where can I find my order and receipt number?

A Dropp Market confirmation email with your order summary will have been sent to the email address submitted at the time of purchase.
Your receipt number will be in the subject line, and the email will contain both your receipt and order numbers.
Alternatively, you can locate your Dropp Market receipt number or order numbers in your Dropp Market Account.
If you have any issues locating your order or receipt number, please submit an enquiry to the Dropp Market customer service team.
1. Login to your Dropp Market Account and go to the Product Page of the item.
2. Scroll down the page and below the 'Specifications' click on the link for "Have a question about this product?".
3. Fill out the form to submit your question and the Seller will get back to you within two business days.
