My order is missing parts

We are very sorry to hear that your order arrived missing parts.


 Your order may be packaged within multiple boxes, as such it does occasionally occur that one parcel may arrive ahead of the other.


To help our Sellers provide you with a speedy solution, we ask that you:


1. Check the packaging and the product for any compartments (including zipped sections) in case the parts are inside.

2. Contact us as soon as possible by logging into your Dropp Market Account, go to the product page and selecting the 'ask about the Product.

3. Fill out the form and provide the proper information about the missing product in a message box.


Once you have submitted your enquiry, the Seller will be able to review and provide you with a resolution.
